Autzen Fund Raiser
The Autzen Club Room fundraiser is the most coveted fundraiser in our area for youth sports. Volunteers stand at entrances to the Autzen Club level and check patrons for the correct wrist-band or ticket. Each game earns $1300 for our club. No other fundraising activity in town can provide this level of guaranteed proceeds for our team. Each player family completes three volunteer shifts (approximate value = $100/shift).
At least two of the required three shifts must be filled by an adult aged 18 years and older.
Game sign ups or opt-out payment must be completed by September 1, 2025.
Each player family is responsible for filling their volunteer slots. If you are unable to volunteer on your game date, you are responsible for finding a replacement in the age category on your original sign up (youth/player or adult 18 and older). The sign up application will allow you to manage your own substitutions as needed.
If you do not provide replacement volunteers for your missed slots, you will be charged $100.00 per unfilled slot (invoiced electronically within 14 days of the missed shift).
Players or player family members who complete more than three required shifts will be entered into a drawing for up to three (3) $100.00 Amazon Gift Cards. You will receive one entry for each additional shift. Drawing at the end of season WP team party.
Multiple child volunteer shift requirements: Families with more than one child playing in the same season are required to fill two adult slots and one slot for each player. Example: Two players = two adults + two players. Three players = Two adults + three players.
